Our Services

For Candidates: Nexreq connects job seekers with potential employers. We do not guarantee employment but make every effort to match candidates with suitable opportunities.

For Employers: Nexreq provides staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions tailored to your requirements. Specific terms, such as fees, service scope, and guarantees, will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Candidate Responsibilities

  • Candidates must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including resumes, references, and any required documentation.
  •  Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity may result in immediate removal from our recruitment process.
  • Candidates are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to work in the United States.

Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers agree to provide complete and accurate job descriptions, requirements, and workplace conditions.
  • Employers are responsible for compliance with all applicable labor laws, including wage, safety, anti-discrimination, and employment eligibility regulations.
  • Employers shall not request unlawful or discriminatory candidate information from Nexreq.

SMS/Text Messaging Disclosures

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from Nexreq (SK Recruit Pro Corporation) related to staffing and recruitment services. These may include job opportunity notifications, application updates, interview reminders, scheduling coordination, promotional hiring campaigns, and customer care messages.

• Message Frequency: Messages will be sent based on service needs, such as job notifications as openings arise, interview reminders typically 24–48 hours in advance, and status updates as needed.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of future text messages at any time by replying STOP to ‪‪‪+1 224-534-0384‬‬‬. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again

Fees & Payment (For Employers)

All staffing fees, payment schedules, and service charges will be specified in a separate signed agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services or legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

Nexreq acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from employment relationships, workplace conduct, or performance outcomes. While we strive for accuracy in matching, we do not guarantee the suitability, availability, or success of any candidate or employer engagement.

Termination of Services

Nexreq reserves the right to terminate services to any candidate or employer for breach of these terms, misrepresentation, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Candidates and employers may also discontinue engagement with Nexreq by providing written notice.

Compliance with Laws

All parties agree to comply with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment and labor laws, including but not limited to anti-discrimination, wage, immigration, and workplace safety regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Nexreq operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Amendments

Nexreq may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
